E-Commerce & Growth Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

Shape the development of a new consumer brand with us!

ENUSEN is a young company in the field of modern nutrition. With Smart Balance, we are developing a new brand for functional snacks that can be easily integrated into everyday life.

Our first product is about to be launched in Germany. For this, we are looking for a dedicated personality who wants to build a new brand from the beginning and actively drive its growth.

Your tasks

• E-Commerce & Growth: Development and implementation of marketing strategies for customer acquisition, revenue increase, and sustainable brand development.
• Performance Marketing: Planning, management, and optimization of Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including budget planning and performance analysis.
• Social Media & Content: Development of creative campaigns and compelling German-language content in collaboration with our content creator.
• CRM & Customer Loyalty: Building and optimizing email marketing, customer communication, and measures for repeat purchase promotion.
• Shopify & Conversion: Further development of our online shop, optimization of the customer journey, and support with operational e-commerce processes.
• Analysis & Optimization: Evaluation of relevant KPIs, identification of growth potentials, and independent development of new ideas and measures.

Your profile

• At least 3 years of practical experience in e-commerce or growth marketing, ideally in the D2C sector.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and data-driven performance marketing.
• Knowledge of Shopify, email marketing, CRM, and conversion optimization.
• Very good German language skills and a good feel for persuasive marketing communication.
• Good English language skills for team collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and an independent, results-oriented way of working.
• Passion for building new brands and enjoyment of taking responsibility in a startup.
• Experience in the food, beverage, FMCG, or consumer health sector is an advantage, but not a requirement.
