TEE ESS – E-commerce & Growth Lead (D2C / Beauty) Location: Pune Experience: 5–7 Years Salary Budget: 10 LPA to 12 LPA. Industry: Cosmetics / Beauty / Personal Care Role Overview This role will be responsible for end-to-end management and performance of our online business across D2C and marketplaces, including coordination with external partners and driving day-to-day decisions. You will manage and drive performance across multiple external partners including performance marketing agencies, marketplaces, and other e-commerce platforms. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies for our D2C and marketplace channels • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implementing initiatives to drive results • Analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions and optimize channel performance • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, including performance marketing agencies, marketplaces, and other e-commerce platforms • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing • Providing strategic guidance and support to internal stakeholders to drive growth and revenue. You will be responsible for managing a team of 2-3 members, who will report directly to you.
