E-Commerce / eCom Shopify Onlineshop Manager (m/w/d) for 3 Brands

You love eCommerce, have an eye for quality and can juggle 5 balls simultaneously? As eCom Manager:in, you are responsible for online shop & conversion optimization for our brands and work closely with our COO (Ex-Shopify).

You ensure that the shops of your customer offer a outstanding customer journey. Based on quantitative analyses (e.g. A/B Testing, Google Analytics, UX Tests) you optimize in collaboration with our developers our online-shops.

Tasks

• Improvement of user experience together with the design and developer team.
• Ongoing analysis and reporting of e-commerce metrics to identify optimization potential.
• Development of test hypotheses for optimizing our Shopify-based online shops (CRO).
• Closely working with performance marketing to monetize traffic.
• You work in close exchange with our COO (Ex-Shopify).

Qualification

• Advanced knowledge and experience in using Shopify. (min. 7-figure revenue)
• Basis knowledge in Shopify's Liquid Template Language.
• Experience in conducting CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A/B Tests.
• Proven experience in handling traffic peaks.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven work approach.
• Experience in formulating requirements for developers (tickets, FIGMA, tests, etc.)
