We are looking for an E-Commerce Category Manager (m/w/d) who will actively develop our existing product line, identify new market potential, and build successful products and categories.

This includes both the optimization of our existing product line and the development of new products, categories, and services. You analyze opportunities, test new ideas, and develop successful concepts together with our team.

Aufgaben

• Analyze our existing product line regarding sales, margin, conversion, customer feedback, and market potential
• Further development of existing as well as identification of new product categories based on market analyses, competitor observations, and customer feedback
• Optimization of products, product data, sales arguments, and customer benefits to increase conversion and sales
• Responsibility for the economic development of selected product categories regarding sales, margin, and growth
• Closely working with Marketing, CRM, Sales, and E-Commerce to optimize existing categories and scale successful product ideas

Qualifikation

• At least 3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Category Management, or a comparable role with responsibility for products, product lines, or product categories
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a good sense for market opportunities, customer needs, and profitable business models
• Analytical working style and the ability to make decisions based on data and numbers
• Structured, pragmatic, and self-responsible working style with high implementation speed
• Safe handling of digital tools and E-Commerce systems. Experience with Shopify or comparable shop systems is an advantage
• Pleasure in trying new things, taking responsibility, and actively driving things forward
