E-commerce Business Developer

As E-commerce Business Developer, you play a crucial role in increasing Carrefour Belgium's market share through various online services. You are responsible for rolling out digital services and achieving the set revenue targets for both integrated stores and franchise partners. By managing an ecosystem of services such as Carrefour Drive and Fast Delivery, you directly contribute to the growth of our digital footprint. You function as the central link between strategic e-commerce goals and operational reality in stores.

• Strategic Roadmap: You set up a roadmap for implementing e-commerce services and meticulously execute this to ensure expansion.

• Servicing Presentation: Documenting and presenting various online services to stores is part of your core package.

• Model Monitoring: You ensure that commercial models are correctly applied within different store formats (Hyper, Market, Express).

• KPI Management: You follow up on store performances autonomously and adjust services where necessary to achieve the set KPIs.

• Data Management: Managing store data, active services, and commercial performance in a central file is essential for tracking.

• Quick-commerce Partnerships: You monitor KPIs of partners such as UberEats, Deliveroo, and Takeaway and set up action plans with them.

• Operational Coordination: The rollout, training of personnel, and installation of necessary equipment are coordinated by you with the operational team.

• Contact Point: You are the permanent contact point for stores and maintain close contacts with Regional Directors.

• Regional Presentations: During regional meetings and store committees, you present results and new developments within e-commerce.

• Local Marketing: In collaboration with local marketing teams, you stimulate sales and share best practices to increase efficiency.

• You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in an economic field, marketing, or sales.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional environment is required to fill this role successfully.

• Experience within a franchise environment is highly recommended and considered a strong asset.

• Dutch is your native language or you have excellent command of the Dutch language, and possess very good knowledge of French.

• Result-oriented and having a strong customer focus are characteristics that typify your work style.

• You possess outstanding project management skills and are well-equipped organizationally.

• Your strong communication and persuasion skills enable you to bring stakeholders at different levels on board.

• Collaboration is in your DNA, where you also have the necessary analytical skills to support strategic visions.

• Contract: A full-time contract of indefinite duration (CDI).
