As E-commerce Business Developer, you play a crucial role in increasing Carrefour Belgium's market share through an ecosystem of different online services. You are responsible for deploying services and achieving revenue targets associated with integrated stores as well as franchise partners. By managing services such as Carrefour Drive and home delivery, you directly contribute to the digital expansion of the brand. You act as the essential link between e-commerce strategy and operational implementation on the ground.

• Strategic roadmap : You develop and implement the roadmap for deploying e-commerce services to ensure growth.

• Presentation of services : You ensure documentation and presentation of digital services to store teams.

• Compliance with models : You ensure that commercial models are correctly applied for each format (Hyper, Market, Express).

• KPI tracking : You track and adjust services by store autonomously to achieve performance targets set.

• Data management : You manage data related to stores (contacts, active services, performances) in a centralized file.

• Quick-commerce partnerships : You track KPIs of Quick-commerce and establish action plans with partners like UberEats, Deliveroo, and Takeaway.

• Operational coordination : You coordinate deployment, training, and equipment installation with the operational team.

• Sole point of contact : You serve as a privileged contact for stores and maintain close ties with Regional Directors.

• Regional meetings : You present service evolution and results during regional meetings and store committees.

• Local marketing : You collaborate with local marketing to stimulate sales and share best practices between stores.

• You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in business economics, marketing, or sales.

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience.

• A previous experience in a franchise environment is highly desirable.

• You are native Dutch speaker and possess excellent mastery of French.

• You demonstrate strong customer orientation and a pronounced results culture.

• You possess excellent project management skills and a keen sense of organization.

• Your communication and persuasion talents enable you to mobilize stakeholders around your projects.

• You appreciate collaborative work while being able to lead strategic analyses to support the business.
