E-commerce Administrator (Craiova)

We are looking for an E-commerce Administrator to manage our online store and contribute to optimizing daily operations. If you live in Craiova, are passionate about e-commerce, and have experience in managing online sales platforms, then we invite you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire online store, including updating products, processing orders, and monitoring sales flow;
• Optimize the Shopify platform to ensure a smooth customer experience;
• Monitor and manage inventory, including coordinating with procurement and logistics departments;
• Coordinate the customer support team to ensure efficient communication and positive purchasing experiences;
• Implement online marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing department (promotions, product launches, email marketing campaigns);
• Monitor and analyze website performance (traffic, conversions, user behavior) and propose optimization solutions;
• Manage returns and collaborate with courier companies for order delivery.

Candidates should have:

• Relevant experience in managing an online store and e-commerce platform, preferably Shopify;
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing and user experience optimization;
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis;
• Photoshop skills for editing visuals and optimizing product images;
• Advanced English language skills (written and spoken);
• Excellent organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
