We are looking for an E-billing Specialist to join our UKIME (United Kingdom, Ireland, Middle East) team within our Finance department. The E-billing Specialist will be responsible for the accurate and timely submission of electronic invoices to our clients, ensuring compliance with their specific billing guidelines and requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Prepare and submit electronic invoices to clients via various e-billing platforms (e.g., Legal Tracker, TyMetrix 360°, Tungsten Network, etc.). * Review and analyze client e-billing guidelines to ensure compliance. * Address and resolve invoice rejections and discrepancies in a timely manner. * Maintain accurate records of all e-billing submissions and communications. * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., timekeepers, finance) to resolve billing-related issues. * Monitor and track the status of e-billing submissions, following up as needed. * Provide support to clients and internal stakeholders regarding e-billing inquiries. * Stay up-to-date on changes to e-billing platforms and client requirements. * Participate in training sessions and contribute to the development of e-billing best practices. * Assist with other finance-related tasks as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: * Proven experience in e-billing, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. * Strong understanding of e-billing platforms (e.g., Legal Tracker, TyMetrix 360°, Tungsten Network, etc.). * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Knowledge of legal billing practices and procedures. * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
