Dispatcher - International Transport Forwarder

Your responsibilities

• organization and coordination of international transports,
• route planning and optimal fleet utilization,
• acquisition of loads and transport orders,
• working with transport exchanges Trans.eu, TIMOCOM, Alpega Teleroute and others,
• contact with clients, drivers, and carriers,
• ongoing monitoring of transport execution,
• reacting to delays, breakdowns, and other operational situations,
• control of transport documentation, including CMR,
• ensuring timely and correct execution of orders,
• building and developing relationships with current and new clients,
• cooperation with other members of the operational team.

Our requirements

• experience in forwarding or dispatching international transport,
• knowledge of the specifics of road transport in Europe,
• knowledge of transport documentation, especially CMR,
• knowledge of transport exchanges – Trans.eu, TIMOCOM, Alpega, or similar,
• communicative knowledge of English,
• good work organization and prioritization skills,
• independence and responsibility,
• ability to react quickly to problems,
• communicativeness and ability to build relationships with clients and drivers.
• Knowledge of French or Spanish will be an additional asset.

About us

SROK Logistics is a family-owned transport and forwarding company specializing in international road transport.

We have our own fleet of vehicles, including reefer units, standard trailers, and Bi-Temp trailers. We carry out refrigerated, neutral, and Category 3 transports.

We mainly develop routes France – Spain – Italy, as well as other European destinations.
