Your responsibilities

• Planning and ongoing coordination of drivers' work.
• Servicing and managing orders on the Amazon Relay platform.
• Monitoring route execution and delivery timeliness.
• Constant contact with drivers, clients, and contractors.
• Solving current operational problems.
• Checking transport and freight documentation.
• Cooperation with the transport department and administration.
• Ensuring efficient utilization of the vehicle fleet.

Our requirements

• ✅ Experience working as a dispatcher, freight forwarder, or transport coordinator.
• ✅ Practical knowledge of the Amazon Relay platform.
• ✅ Ability to organize your own work and work under time pressure.
• ✅ Category B driving license and confident driving skills.
• ✅ Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems.
• ✅ Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• ✅ Knowledge of the English language enabling fluent communication.
• ✅ Knowledge of the Russian language will be an additional asset.

Nice to have

• Experience in international transport.
• Knowledge of transport exchanges and telematics systems.
• Ability to analyze costs and optimize routes.
