Your Responsibilities

Do you have experience in team management and can you effectively achieve business goals? We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment, can develop sales, ensure high quality customer service, and efficient operation of the entire store. If you combine an entrepreneurial approach, decision-making skills, and effective leadership – join the "School of Leaders" internship program. You will gain comprehensive training and support that will allow you to take on the role of Store Manager.

During the program, in cooperation with a Mentor, you will participate in:

team management – from recruitment, through development, to daily motivation and work organization,

achieving sales goals and optimizing inventory and assortment structure,

analyzing operational results and implementing corrective actions to improve store efficiency,

ensuring store operations comply with legal regulations and company standards,

building brand image and implementing the company's strategy in the local market, including responding to customer expectations in this regard,

co-creating and implementing local initiatives and projects supporting team and customer engagement.

• entrepreneurial approach, understanding of business mechanisms, and actively seeking solutions that support company development,
• ability to react to changing market conditions, openness to modern solutions, and a desire to shape the organization's future,
• highly developed communication and interpersonal skills,
• openness to change, willingness to implement company strategy, and ability to adapt actions to the needs of customers and the organization,
• readiness for business mobility within at least one of the four indicated regions/voivodeships.
