Director / Head of Structured Finance

Your responsibilities

• Acquiring new transactions, establishing contacts, and maintaining relationships with clients, PE funds, law firms, consulting companies, and other banks;
• Developing transaction structures, conducting negotiations on terms and transaction documentation with clients, banks, and advisors;
• Cooperating with a structured finance specialist in preparing credit applications, preparing financial analyses of enterprises and investment projects, and verifying financial models;
• Presenting transactions at credit committees;
• Managing, in cooperation with a structured finance specialist, the portfolio of executed and entrusted transactions.

Our requirements

• Higher education, preferred fields: economics, finance, banking, accounting, mathematics;
• Very good knowledge of financial analysis, experience in assessing and structuring financing, and knowledge of legal aspects related to granting debt financing;
• 7 years of experience in independently managing financing transactions;
• Experience in project finance, RES (Renewable Energy Sources), and LBOs, or (and) advisory projects within financial / transactional advisory services will be a significant asset;
• Experience working with LMA-based documentation;
• Analytical thinking skills;
• Ability to work under time pressure;
• High personal culture, ability to build relationships and teamwork, communication skills, and very good negotiation skills;
• Independence, effectiveness, and a sense of responsibility for entrusted projects;
• Very good knowledge of Excel;
• Fluent knowledge of English.

• CFA, CIMA, or ACCA qualifications.

About the team

The Structured Finance Office is responsible for debt financing transactions in the scope of:

- large, complex corporate investments (corporate lending);

- investment projects (non-recourse / or with limited recourse, in a Project Finance format);

- mergers and acquisitions;

- leveraged buyouts (LBO);

- management buyouts (MBO, MBI);

- renewable energy sources (RES).
