Agency Sales Director

Place of work: Warsaw

Your responsibilities

• Planning the department's work and setting goals
• Supporting team leaders in operational management of teams
• Ensuring smooth cooperation with other departments (strategic clients, Brand Studio, programmatic)
• Monitoring and reporting on the activities of competitors in the agency and large advertiser market
• Formulating strategic recommendations for WP Media activities
• Cooperation with the product department on the development and price positioning of the offer
• Conducting key negotiations (including annual ones) and representing WP at the management level
• Supervising settlements with agencies (targets, kick-backs)
• Recruitment for teams
• Appraising and developing subordinates
• Developing department work standards and tools (planning, offer, CRM)
• Direct participation in important operational activities (closing important transactions, potentially conflict situations, non-standard approaches, individual negotiations)
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers on the agency side

Our requirements

• Experience in agency sales including managing a team and negotiating contracts with media houses
• Established relationships with managers and trading desks on the media house side
• 5 years of professional experience in the internet industry
• Experience in sales and creating advertising offers
• Very good knowledge of the specifics and development trends of the internet industry
• Ability to prepare and negotiate commercial agreements
• Creative approach to tasks (initiative, high creativity)
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
• Stress resistance and ability to work under time pressure.
