Sales Team Director (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Managing, motivating, and supporting a team of exclusive agents in achieving sales goals
• Building engagement and developing team members' competencies
• Planning and monitoring the achievement of individual and team goals
• Recruiting and onboarding new agents
• Conducting training sessions and team-building/motivational meetings
• Ensuring high quality of customer service and business relationships

Our requirements

• Ability to recruit and develop a team
• Knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques
• Strong orientation towards results and business goals
• Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops
• Autonomy, good work organization, and initiative
• Minimum secondary education (higher education preferred)
• Category B driving license and willingness to work in the field
