Join us as a Waste Management Plant Director (M/F)! Your daily tasks will include:

• Managing the daily operations of the plant, including supervising the execution of production plans, monitoring results, and implementing corrective actions in case of deviations from assumptions;

• Implementing, optimizing, and supervising operational, production, and cost processes;

• Managing the plant in the area of waste processing and management, in accordance with applicable legal provisions and administrative decisions;

• Coordinating cooperation between company branches and representing the plant at the local level;

• Creating and implementing strategies aimed at plant development and increasing operational and qualitative efficiency.

Our expectations from candidates:

• Higher education (preferred: technical, economic, management, environmental protection, or related fields);

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial positions, including team management, change implementation, and development strategy and financial plan creation;

• Certificate confirming qualifications in waste management;

• Knowledge of production processes, technologies, and principles of optimization and efficiency analysis;

• Knowledge in the field of budgeting, economics, and investments;

• Knowledge of the waste and/or water-sewage industry;

• Very good computer skills (including MS Office suite);

• Valid driving license category B;

• Ability to plan work, delegate tasks, conduct negotiations, and build a team;

• Highly developed communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

We would be pleased if you also have:

• Knowledge of English;

• Knowledge of the Google Workspace environment;

• Postgraduate studies (MBA studies are welcome).
