The goal of the person in this position will be to develop sales and increase market share on the territory of the Pomeranian and Warmian-Masurian voivodeships. This is an operational and managerial role. The Regional Director works directly with a team of salespeople, regularly visits customers, and has a real impact on the region's results. For our Client, a manufacturer of e.g. gates and fencing, we are looking for a Candidate for the position of Regional Director (m/f) Responsibilities: - Sales and financial results: Implementation of sales plans and financial targets; Analysis of market trends and customer needs; Development of regional sales strategies; Building relationships with customers and partners; - Team management: Leading and motivating a team of salespeople; Coaching and developing team members; Identifying and addressing training needs; - Market intelligence: Gathering and analyzing market data; Identifying new business opportunities; Developing partnerships and collaborations; - Reporting and control: Preparing and submitting regular reports to the Client; Monitoring and controlling regional sales performance; Dla naszego Klienta, producenta m.in. bram i ogrodzeń, poszukujemy Kandydatki/Kandydata na stanowisko Dyrektor Regionalny (k/m) Zakres odpowiedzialności: - Wyniki sprzedażowe i finansowe: Realizacja planów sprzedazy i cele finansowe; Analiza trendów rynku i potrzeb klienta; Rozwój strategii sprzedaży regionalnej; Budowanie relacji z klientami i partnerami; - Kierownictwo zespołu: Kierowanie i motywowanie zespołu handlowców; Coaching i rozwój członków zespołu; Identyfikacja i adresowanie potrzeb szkoleniowych; - Inteligencja rynku: Zbiór i analiza danych rynkowych; Odnalezienie nowych możliwości biznesowych; Rozwój partnerstw i współprac; - Raporty i kontrola: Przygotowanie i przedstawienie regularnych raportów dla Klienta; Monitorowanie i kontrola wyników sprzedaży regionalnej;
