Your scope of responsibilities

• Organization of branch work
• Maintaining constant relationships with business partners, including developers, real estate agencies, and classified ad services
• Supervision over the sales platform
• Control and execution of branch sales plans
• Undertaking local marketing activities
• Preparing documentation related to branch activities
• Taking care of the company's image
• Developing cooperation with partners - supporting the team and independent action

Our requirements

• High professional ethics and personal culture
• Higher education
• 2 years of experience in the financial industry in a managerial position
• Ability to build a team and attract candidates from the market
• Knowledge of loans and insurance products
• Familiarity with the specifics of the local market
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and employees
• Readiness for continuous self-improvement
• Professionalism in relations with clients and employees
• Good work organization, responsibility, and independence
