Director of SME Sales

Place of work: Poznań

Your responsibilities

• serving SME clients - ongoing service of the assigned portfolio (accounts, loans/renewals),
• active sales of banking products for companies (loans, business accounts, factoring, leasing),
• analysis of clients' financial needs and selection of optimal solutions,
• comprehensive service of loan applications and company documentation,
• monitoring the quality of the loan portfolio and repayment timeliness,
• cooperation with other Bank units in customer service.

Our requirements

• higher education (preferably in economics, finance),
• experience in servicing business clients (SMEs),
• knowledge of banking products for companies and principles of financial analysis,
• sales and negotiation skills,
• high personal culture and communication skills.
