Your responsibilities

• Planning activities focused on achieving sales goals,
• Managing a team of Insurance Representatives,
• Active participation in recruitment and team building,
• Supervising the onboarding of new employees,
• Adapting action strategies to existing market conditions,
• Close cooperation with management staff and other company departments,
• Reporting branch results.

Our requirements

• Experience in the insurance industry in a managerial position – a must,
• Knowledge of techniques and tools supporting employee development,
• Familiarity with modern trends in the insurance market and interest in the financial sector,
• Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking,
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
