Branch Director

Your responsibilities

• Management of the Branch and achievement of sales targets,
• Development of individual and/or property insurance sales,
• Building and developing a sales team,
• Recruitment of Agents and Managers,
• Activating the sales network and increasing its efficiency,
• Achieving sales plans and responsibility for Branch results,
• Analysis of results, KPIs, and business profitability,
• Development of relationships with Agents, Multi-agents, and Partners,
• Implementing actions to increase sales and network activity,
• Representing the company in the assigned territory.

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry,
• Experience in managing a team or sales network,
• Knowledge of the specifics of the insurance market and distribution channels,
• Knowledge of the agent recruitment and development process,
• Ability to manage sales through goals and KPIs,
• Understanding of the operational mechanisms of Insurance Companies,
• Experience in insurance sales,
• Ability to build relationships with Agents, Partners, and Clients,
• Entrepreneurship, independence, and results-oriented approach,
• Leadership – the ability not only to manage but, above all, to inspire and develop people.
