Director / Director of Branch – Independent Business Partner Place of work: Grudziądz Your scope of responsibilities Leading the GO-leasing branch (in a stationary or mobile form) as an independent business partner. Active customer acquisition in online and offline channels. Selling products from the GO-leasing offer, including: leasing, rental, lease financing, car loans, and insurance. Continuous improvement of product knowledge and sales skills by attending training sessions, workshops, and conferences, as well as participating in internal and external projects. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments. Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement business plans, strategies, and initiatives. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintaining accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer information, and other relevant metrics.
