Branch Manager
Location: ŻoryYour responsibilities
- Achieving sales and quality goals for the branch.
- Building and developing an effective team, motivating subordinate employees, supporting task completion.
- Ensuring high quality of Customer service, in line with standards, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction for the Bank.
- Improving your own competencies and those of your subordinate employees.
- Building and strengthening the Bank's position in the local market.
- Regularly monitoring operational risk in the Branch and reporting events causing losses.
- Ensuring up-to-date knowledge of products, processes, and tools supporting sales.
Our requirements
- You have higher education - economics preferred.
- You have interpersonal and leadership skills.
- You have highly developed analytical skills and very good self-organization.
- You have the ability to plan and manage sales processes.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in banking.
- You have experience in building and managing a sales team.
- You have knowledge of banking and finance.
- You are proficient in MS Office suite applications.
- You have a valid driving license, category B.
