Your responsibilities

Do you have managerial experience in the insurance industry? Open your own business with us and develop it as an Agency Director.

What you will be responsible for:

• Your own revenue-generating business and sales team management,

• Recruitment and onboarding of new Financial Planning Consultants and Managers,

• Building a client portfolio through active personal sales,

• Providing support to colleagues at every stage of their work and taking care of your team's development,

• Implementing the strategy of an organization successful in the life insurance market.

Our requirements

• minimum secondary education,
• successful experience in life insurance sales and sales team management,
• readiness to bring an experienced team of life insurance salespeople (details at the meeting),
• experience related to recruitment for sales positions,
• work organization and ability to cope with the challenges of a competitive market,
• readiness to run your own business activity.
