Your scope of responsibilities

You have management experience in the insurance industry? Open up with us and develop your business as a Director/ka of Agency.

You will be responsible for:

• own revenue and managing a sales team,

• recruitment and onboarding of new Consultants specializing in Financial Planning and Managers,

• building a portfolio of Clients through active sales,

• ensuring support to colleagues at every stage of operation and taking care of your team's development,

• realizing the organization's strategy, achieving success on the life insurance market.

Our requirements

• minimum average education level,
• backed by successes in selling life insurance and managing a sales team,
• readiness to join a team of experienced salespeople (details at the meeting),
• experience related to recruitment for sales positions,
• organization of work and coping with competitive market challenges,
• readiness to run your own business.
