Position Director of IT Development Center / IT Chapter Leader – Tribe Modern Business Banking (K/M) Position Description What will you do? manage the IT area, supporting the organization's business and technological goals, co-create the technological strategy with Product Owners and IT Tribe Leaders, coordinate the team's work within the Tribe, ensuring the quality and consistency of delivered solutions, lead the team as a Servant Leader, supporting the development of competencies and potential of Chapter members, be responsible for the quality, performance, and reliability of production systems, plan the budget, oversee IT resources, and collaborate with external partners, promote a feedback culture, conduct development discussions, and support training, synchronize standards with other Chapter Leaders and ensure IT architecture consistency. Requirements We are looking for someone who: has experience as a technology leader (min. 5 years in IT + 2 years in a leadership role), can combine technical and business perspectives, makes technological decisions and takes responsibility for them, has practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum / Kanban) and can support teams in delivering value, understands system architecture (integrations, scalability, quality), understands AI from a technological perspective and has practical experience in its implementation (where it works, where it doesn't make sense), has experience working with interdisciplinary teams, develops people (coaching, mentoring, feedback), preferred: certifications or completed training in leadership, team management, or agile methodologies.
