Key Responsibilities:
- Champion Dynamics 365: Administer, configure, and optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules to meet evolving business needs.
- Lead Power Platform Innovation: Design and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate workflows that improve operations and user experience.
- Collaborate and Consult: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and deliver seamless integrations.
- Support Core Systems: Provide technical support for ERP peripheral systems, e-commerce platforms, and integration environments.
- Drive Data Excellence: Manage and maintain databases, prepare datasets, and develop queries to support reporting and analytics.
- Champion System Health: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear documentation and training materials.
