Dynamics 365 F&O Principal Consultant (Relocate to Malta /Big 4)

Overview Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft’s M365, Azure, Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line. Role Overview The role calls for a motivated and highly skilled Principal Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering complex D365 F&O projects, ensuring successful implementations, and providing expert guidance to clients. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the full lifecycle of D365 F&O implementation projects, from initial assessment and requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support. * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on D365 F&O best practices, solution design, and business process optimisation. * Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective D365 F&O solutions. * Lead and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance, support, and training. * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. * Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to clients and internal teams. * Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 F&O features, functionalities, and industry trends. * Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues. * Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations. * Ensure adherence to project methodologies, quality standards, and company policies. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. * Proven experience leading and delivering complex D365 F&O projects. * Deep understanding of D365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Retail. * Strong knowledge of D365 F&O implementation methodologies, such as Sure Step or similar. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with client management and stakeholder engagement. * Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications are highly desirable. * Willingness to relocate to Malta.
