We are looking for two Dynamics 365 specialists, one for Germany and one for the Netherlands, who will implement workflows, routing/SLA logic, and case management in D365 and accompany integrations to upstream systems.

Your Tasks

• Technical implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dataverse

• Setting up and implementing workflows, rules, SLAs, and queues

• Development and automation of processes using Power Automate and Logic Apps

• Participation in integrations to upstream systems via REST APIs, Eventing, and Azure Services

• Creating technical documentation, conducting tests, and troubleshooting

Must-Have Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE), particularly in the areas of Customer Service and Dataverse

• Very good knowledge of the Power Platform, especially in Power Automate and Logic Apps for workflow automation

• Foundational experience in implementing integrations (REST-APIs, Eventing) and cloud architectures using Azure Services

• Relevant expertise in the insurance industry (insurance know-how)

• Verbal and written English skills that are negotiation-proof (project language)

• Practical experience in configuring workflows, routing logics, SLAs, and queues in D365

• Hands-on mentality paired with reliability and high technical expertise
