Dynamics 365 CE Lead Consultant (Relocate to Malta/Big 4)

Our client is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft’s M365, Azure, Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line. Role Overview This role is kingpin to our client’s customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. It’s a great opportunity for a senior consultant to move into a leadership role within a highly successful and expanding team. The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle and will be expected to provide technical and functional leadership to the project team. Responsibilities Lead and manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Provide technical and functional leadership to project teams. Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet client requirements. Oversee the development of customisations and integrations. Manage project budgets and timelines. Provide training and support to clients. Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 CE features and functionality. Requirements Proven experience in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE platform and its features. Experience in leading and managing project teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills.
