1. POSITION: ACCOUNTS CLERK

Salary: $70,000–$80,000

Overview:
Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing all transactions, managing accounts payable/receivable, supporting payroll, and ensuring compliance across company financial systems. Also provides general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration: Prepare documents, manage emails, answer phone calls, and maintain filing systems.
• Financial Accounting: Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards; prepare BAS, budgets, forecasts, and reports; maintain petty cash.
• Accounts Payable: Process invoices, credits, purchase orders, and payments; manage supplier statements and overdue accounts.
• Accounts Receivable: Prepare invoices, allocate payments, conduct debt collection, and manage customer accounts.
• Payroll: Process weekly payroll, lodge wages, manage employee records, deductions, and superannuation.
• Systems: Integrate Aroflo/Unleashed with Xero and maintain accurate financial data.
• Compliance & Reporting: Prepare dashboards, debt reports, P&Ls, loan schedules, and maintain accounting procedures.
• Ad Hoc: Complete monthly checklists and tasks as directed.

Qualification: Certificate IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting.

2. POSITION: APPLIANCE TECHNICIAN

Salary: $70,000–$80,000

Overview:
Installs, repairs, and maintains commercial catering appliances across the NT. Works safely and efficiently under the supervision of a licensed electrician.

Key Responsibilities:

• After-Hours Call Outs: Be available during rostered weeks, create call-outs in Aroflo, confirm customer account status, and provide cost estimates.
• Equipment: Maintain tools, report damage/loss, and manage equipment transfers.
• Customer Service: Follow site requirements, provide updates, and advise on repairs.
• Safety: Follow all OHSE procedures, complete risk assessments, and report hazards.
• Parts & Quotes: Identify required parts, order items, and prepare quotes.
• Service Calls: Confirm faults, diagnose and repair equipment, record job details, and update the Service Manager.
• Timesheets & Vehicles: Complete daily timesheets and maintain company vehicles.

Ad Hoc Duties: As directed.

3. POSITION: GAS FITTER

Salary: $100,000–$110,000

Overview:
Installs, repairs, and maintains gas and electrical commercial catering equipment. Works independently while ensuring safety and compliance with technical standards.

Key Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair gas/electrical appliances.
• Diagnose faults and perform efficient repairs.
• Interpret technical manuals and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide high-quality customer service.
• Mentor apprentices when required.

Requirements:

• Trade qualification as a gas fitter or electrician.
• Experience with gas/electrical appliances.
• Strong problem-solving skills and safe work practices.
• Willingness to work in remote NT areas.

4. POSITION: REFRIGERATION & AIR CONDITIONING MECHANIC

Salary: $85,000–$90,000

Overview:
Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• After-Hours: Be available during rostered periods, provide estimates, and create call-out records.
• Equipment: Maintain tools, report loss/damage, and manage transfers.
• Customer Service: Follow site procedures and communicate job status.
• Gas Storage: Submit refrigerant inventory, store cylinders safely, and transport gas correctly.
• OHSE Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and company OHSE standards.
• Parts & Quotes: Identify/order parts and prepare quotations.
• Service Calls: Confirm faults, repair systems, record job details, and update the Service Manager.
• Timesheets & Vehicle Use: Complete daily timesheets, maintain vehicles, and report servicing needs.

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Refrigeration & AC)
• Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Restricted Electrical Licence
• White Card, Ochre Card, Driver’s Licence

5. POSITION: SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Salary: $70,000–$80,000

Overview:
Supports office operations through customer service, sales assistance, document control, freight coordination, stock management, and accurate record-keeping within Unleashed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Answer calls, respond to enquiries, assist showroom customers, and manage emails.
• Administration: Prepare documents, maintain filing systems, and keep office and showroom areas organised.
• Freight & Installations: Coordinate deliveries, track orders, report damages, and assist with service bookings.
• Sales Support: Maintain customer records, prepare quotes, follow up on quotes, and issue invoices.
• Stock Control: Receipt stock, store items correctly, prepare order suggestions, and manage purchase orders.
• Unleashed: Maintain accurate customer, sales, and stock documentation.
• Financial Tasks: Reconcile petty cash weekly and maintain receipts.
• Reporting & Other Duties: Complete daily/weekly/monthly checklists and assist managers as needed.

Qualifications: None required; accuracy and strong administrative skills essential.
