DWH ETL Developer

DWH/ETL Developer 100% remote B2B, 135-150 PLN/h We are looking for an experienced specialist who is fluent in the area of data warehouses, ETL processes, and relational databases. As a DWH/ETL Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of solutions based on Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS, supporting the organization's key business processes. This is a role for someone who can not only create efficient data integration processes but also analyze business requirements, design data models, and actively participate in the development of IT system architecture. Your scope of responsibility: Design and Analysis: Independent analysis of business requirements and their translation into technical solutions in the area of data warehouses, system integration, and ETL processes. Data Warehouse Development: Design, development, and maintenance of data warehouses and relational databases in the Microsoft SQL Server environment, considering performance, data quality, and solution scalability. ETL Implementation: Creation and development of ETL processes using SSIS, optimization of data flows, and monitoring of the correct operation of integration processes. Optimization and Quality: Optimization of T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexes. Participation in code reviews, diagnosis of performance issues, and ensuring high quality of delivered solutions. Testing and Deployments: Preparation of test cases, participation in integration and acceptance tests, and support for deployments and maintenance of existing solutions. Documentation and Collaboration: Creation of technical and project documentation and close cooperation with analysts, project managers, development teams, and external software vendors. Documentation and Collaboration: Support for existing ICT/OT solutions and participation in projects related to the development of new services and tools supporting the organization's daily work. What do we expect? Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ICT/OT class systems. Experience in independent execution of business analyses. Practical knowledge of relational databases. Experience in planning, conducting, and supervising tests. Experience in collaborating with external software vendors. Knowledge of MS SQL (T-SQL), including query optimization, indexes, and stored procedures. Knowledge of ETL: Practical experience working with SSIS class tools and data warehouse feeding processes. An additional asset will be: Knowledge of PowerShell, basic programming in C#/.NET, MDM issues, and knowledge of Enterprise Architect. Certification: Possession of certificates confirming knowledge in the area of solution architecture, business analysis, or process modeling. Why is it worth it?
