This is an incredible opportunity for a customer service expert to play a key role in the launch of our stunning new property in Brisbane and contribute to an exciting chapter for Minor Hotels. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead and inspire the front office team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensure seamless communication with the hotel's various departments, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hotel's front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and handling guest requests and complaints.
