Duty Manager

Calling All Duty Managers! The New Zealand Venue Co. family are looking for multiple talented and experienced Duty Managers to join our team and work across at our renowned Wellington venues. Our company’s rapid growth will provide you with multiple avenues to develop your career to its full potential! The successful candidate will possess a friendly personality, good communication skills, ability to thrive under pressure and strong multi-tasking skills. This role will entail assisting in the daily operations of our venues, including but not limited to: managing events, coordinating logistics, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is able to maintain confidentiality when required.
