About the role The Duty Manager will be responsible for leading by example, setting the tone for exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all aspects of the venue are running smoothly. This includes managing a team of hospitality professionals, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining high standards of quality control. Requirements: 2+ years' experience in a similar role; Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
