Duty Manager

DUTY MANAGER Looking to step into a busy, energetic venue where no two days look the same This is a great role for a hands on leader who thrives in fast paced hospitality and enjoys working with a young, lively team. About the role This is a full time Duty Manager position within a large coastal venue offering bistro dining, a busy bar, a beer garden, gaming facilities and regular functions. You will be one of the leaders on the floor, responsible for keeping service sharp, the team motivated and ensuring that all aspects of the venue are running smoothly. Key responsibilities include: • Leading by example, setting high standards for yourself and your team • Ensuring excellent customer service at all times • Managing a team of up to 20 staff members, including training, mentoring and coaching • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff • Coordinating events and functions with the Events Manager • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies • Participating in daily meetings and contributing to the overall success of the venue.
