Bivacco is a place for everyone serving hand-made pasta, seafood and dishes from Italy using the best ingredients along with great drinks that work whether the sun is out or the sun has set. Make your mark in the Auckland hospitality scene and lead one of the busiest bars in the city.

The Role

We are searching for an experienced and upbeat hospitality professional to step into the role of Duty Manager. Here are some of the things we’re looking for:

• Excellent sales skills, with a passion for delivering high levels of customer service and the ability to teach and nurture a team to be able to curate exceptional customer service experiences
• Good financial understanding ensuring costs (labour and goods) are well managed
• Ability to assist with the training and development of junior team members
• Ability to maintaining venue standards and presentation at all times, as well as responsibility for complying with Savor guidelines and policies, including health & safety and the sale of alcohol act
• Ability to work nights and weekends, the right to work in New Zealand, and the ability to hold or currently holding a General Managers Certificate.
