• Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Solve customer questions and problems quickly and effectively to improve the customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Work together with team members to improve overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the team by bringing in suggestions for process improvements and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; good command of English.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in customer service or a comparable role is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• A team player who can work well together, but also independently.
