• Treating incoming calls and emails from customers in Dutch.
• Providing information about flights, reservations, and other airline services.
• Solving customer problems and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Documenting customer interactions and problem-solving in the system.
• Working together with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth service delivery.
• Contributing to process improvements and customer experience.
• Participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer handling skills.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A strong focus on customer service with the ability to effectively solve customer problems.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not necessary.
• Able to perform well in a dynamic and busy work environment.
• A proactive attitude and enthusiasm to help others.
• Will to work in Athens and enjoy the Greek culture.
