As a part of our dedicated team, you will provide support to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and technical issues related to our products and services.

• Provide exceptional customer service support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and enhance their understanding of products and services.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and technical developments to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service and technical support roles is preferable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
