• Provide top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.

• Document customer interactions carefully in the CRM for ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance team performance and customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for assisting others.
• Advanced Knowledge of Technical Support is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus.
