Your responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. * Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support in a timely and professional manner. * Identifying sales opportunities and promoting products or services to meet sales targets. * Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information in the CRM system. * Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive work environment. * Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance sales performance. Requirements: * Fluency in Dutch (Native or near-native level) and a good command of English. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
