• Connect with Dutch-speaking prospects through various communication channels to generate leads.
• Articulate the benefits of our services and successfully schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads to build relationships and confirm appointments.
• Maintain organized records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective transition from planned appointments to sales discussions.
• Provide insights on lead quality and help refine appointment-setting strategies.
• Keep informed on market trends and product knowledge to confidently engage prospects.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or a customer-oriented role is desirable.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to encourage and maintain engagements with potential clients.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
