Key Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. * Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. * Onboard new clients and provide product training. * Proactively identify and address potential customer issues. * Maintain strong client relationships and promote customer loyalty. * Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience. * Track and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: * Native or near-native fluency in Dutch. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. * Bachelor's degree is a plus.
