Dutch Customer Service Associate - Relocation to Greece

We are looking for Dutch Customer Service Associates to work for an e-shop in the Netherlands that offers general merchandising products in categories such as music, film, electronics, toys, jewelry, watches, baby products, gardening and DIY. Pack your bags for Greece and work remotely all over the country! What you will do: Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing the Netherlands. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be expected to work closely with the customer service team to ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner. What we are looking for: You should have a strong understanding of the Dutch language and culture, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
