This includes but is not limited to: • Reviewing and evaluating user-generated content for potential violations of platform rules. • Moderating comments, posts, and other forms of user engagement. • Collaborating with other moderators and team members to resolve issues and improve moderation processes. • Staying up-to-date with platform updates, new features, and community trends. Requirements: • Fluency in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level). • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal. • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, languages) preferred. • 1-3 years of experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with digital platforms and social media tools.
