Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and other relevant documentation to support the development of Duck Creek Policy solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are met and that technical solutions align with business needs. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Provide input on process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
