We are XLETIX GmbH, market leaders for obstacle course running events in Europe – with our headquarters right in the heart of Berlin-Kreuzberg. Every year, we bring together over 250,000 sports enthusiasts with our XLETIX Challenge presented by MaxiNutrition, the schauinsland Muddy Angel Run, and XLETIX Kids. You have a passion for gaining practical experience as a Dualstudent/In im Bereich Kommunikation (Bachelor or Master-Studiengang)? Moreover, you are highly motivated and communicative, work structured and result-oriented, and bring a good portion of team spirit with? Then you're in the right place! Here, you can really get involved; both in planning (office) and implementation (on event).

We offer you an exciting dual study program in the sports event sector with varied tasks and high self-responsibility in a creative team where you can fully bring your ideas to life.

You support our Content Creation Team in their daily business and actively contribute your creative ideas:

• You conceptualize and create content for our company profile on LinkedIn – from texts over graphics to short videos.
• You edit photos and videos independently, to excite our community with appealing content (e.g. using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or CapCut).
• You research, write, and optimize blog articles around XLETIX GmbH, our events, and our community.
• You work on the creation and dispatch of our company newsletter and develop suitable contents.
• You support us in press work and cooperation with our external PR agency.
• You monitor, analyze, and optimize our communication channels based on relevant KPIs.
• You actively participate in content production at our events (photo & video) and support our on-site team.

You fit well into our team if you bring the following:

• You want to start a dual study program in the field of Kommunikationsdesign, Kommunikationswissenschaft, Medien, Marketing or Betriebswirtschaft from March 2026 and can dedicate at least 24 hours per week to practical work.
• You are interested in digital trends, social media, and modern communication and have a desire to try new things.
• You have a good sense for texts, image language, and design.
• You work independently, structured, and responsibly.
• You are willing to support us during the event season (May–September) on weekends as well, producing content with our photo & video team together.
  (You will receive compensation days for weekend work.)
• You speak fluent German in writing and speech.

Nice to have (not a must):

• First experiences with social media, content creation, or graphic/video tools
• Basic knowledge of image or video editing
