For the Learning Space division, we are seeking a dual student for the "Industrial Engineering" degree program at the Taufkirchen site, starting September 1, 2027, in cooperation with the DHBW (Cooperative State University).

Tasks
The study component at the Cooperative State University provides you with the theoretical foundational knowledge for the practical components within the company, where you will gain direct insight into the work of an industrial engineer. Theory and practice components alternate regularly. During the theoretical study phases, in addition to engineering and business administration fundamentals, the technical focus will be on electrical engineering, electronics, and information technology. Furthermore, management methods, personal skills, and comprehensive knowledge in marketing and sales will be imparted. In practice, as part of the team, you will undertake relevant project tasks, up to and including your bachelor's thesis, depending on your academic progress. You will thus be active in a responsible company environment and gain insights into project work, work processes, and the execution of engineering tasks. Qualified engineers and supervisors will always be available to support you. Following completion, diverse perspectives at HENSOLDT await you.

- General university entrance qualification or equivalent
- Interest in physics and mathematics, as well as in technical and commercial interrelationships
- Teamwork skills, commitment, flexibility
- Good language skills in German and English
