Duales Study - Business Informatics (m/w/d)

As a software and consulting house, Inway Systems offers industry-specific ERP and CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics. When introducing the ERP and CRM system, we provide both process optimization and analysis as well as ERP and CRM-integrated add-ons, modules, and industry solutions.

With our experienced team of more than 110 employees at locations in Neu-Ulm, Cologne, Chemnitz, Berlin, Hamburg, and Kiel, we are close to our customers!

Tasks

You will support our consultants as part of the team on customer projects in the context of Microsoft Dynamics 365. This includes:

• Supporting the development of industry solutions and customer-specific requirements based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central.
• SUPPORTING THE IMPLEMENTATION AND ADJUSTMENT OF SOLUTIONS.
• Development of interfaces to other systems.
• SUPPORT FOR CUSTOMER CONSULTING, INTRODUCTION, AND SUPPORT WHEN INTRODUCING DYNAMICS 365.
• Coordination and leadership of sub-projects in collaboration with our development department.

Qualification

You want to link theory and practice and stand out through:

• A higher education entrance qualification or a comparable or higher degree.
• You have already gained some programming experience in an object-oriented language?
• First experiences with databases and SQL-based programming.
• Analytical thinking: You can independently analyze problem statements and implement them in the application program.
• Economic knowledge: As you also work with many economic applications, basic economic knowledge is advantageous.
• Good German and English skills.
• Team and communication skills as well as self-organized and organized work.
• Performance and innovation willingness, customer orientation, and service thinking
