Our mission is to democratize access to institutional investment knowledge and strategies that were previously only available to family offices with over €200 million in assets under management.

Aufgaben

What awaits you

As a member of our product development team, you will take on a key role as a programmer in frontend and backend.

• Full Stack Development: You will be involved in the entire development cycle of our financial platform – from the first architecture idea to the go-live of web applications.
• Feature Engineering & KI: You will learn how to develop innovative features around stock trading and how to use modern KI tools to write smart and efficient code.
• Systemoptimierung: You will support and develop our financial platform in frontend and backend, optimizing all internal processes and algorithms.
• Agiles Arbeiten & Impact: In a dynamic startup environment, you will shape our Scrum process actively – from planning to retrospective. You will see immediately how your code affects the wealth building of our customers.

Qualifikation

We assume that you are an expert in your field and willing to constantly develop yourself – even when faced with challenging tasks, you will find quick solutions and convince with strong ideas.

• Tech-DNA & Begeisterung: Programming is more than just a buzzword for you. You have built first-hand projects using technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, HTML5, CSS.
• Hands-on-Mentalität: You are eager to tackle things. Even when you don't know how to proceed, you will seek out solutions and show initiative.
• Lernhunger & Ownership: You want to constantly develop yourself, take responsibility for your learning progress, and grow quickly in our high-performance team.
• Sprachen: Your German is on a good conversational level (at least B2). Your English is good for conversations.
